Standing in opposition to the mass-produced methods of commercial fashion, HARDWEAR utilises garments that have already completed their life cycle and reinterprets them to give them a second lease on life. Taking inspiration from heavy duty workwear construction and traditional and neo-punk culture, the capsule keeps key signifiers from the old textiles of distressing and raw finishings, while employing natural dying techniques, hand worked finishings, patchwork and panelling to construct the personality of the new garments.
