Abstract Biomimicry

This Collection displays an abstraction upon the forms of design found in the many sects of nature surrounding us. Each body follows inspiration from its own respective facet of natural design, on a scale ranging a scope between macro and micro. Contrast of the design within us, emulation of the design around us, and perception of the rules of this design are considered.

Where classical biomimicry can be very literal, it is through the abstraction of its design elements that the collection finds cohesion, harmony, and a separation from the linear inspiration process common in compositions founded upon biomimicry.
